2nd Annual Golf Tournament | Raising Wayne | Kids helping kids
| Our 3rd Annual Golf Tournament, held on September 13th, 2011 at Nobleton Lakes Golf Course, was a great success. Over 250 golfers enjoyed a beautiful fall day with friends and colleagues. Many thanks to our generous sponsors, players, prize donors, and our volunteers. Their generosity helped us surpass our goal of $80,000 (an increase over the 2010 event) and will help SCW continue to make a difference in the lives of thousands of children.

OUR SECOND ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT WAS A TREMENDOUS SUCCESS!!
THANK YOU TO THE GOLFERS, SUPPORTERS, DINNER GUESTS,
VOLUNTEERS AND THE SPONSORS.
The fundraising target was $60,000. Through your generosity we reached $80,000!! As a result, we are certain that we will be able to fulfill all of our existing commitments to school construction in Haiti and Honduras. Be proud that your support will help to provide hundreds of children in these countries with a better education.
The heavy lifting for this event was done by the golf committee: John Gregoris, Dave Snelgrove, Mario Covatta, K.J. Fernado, Bryan Blackert, Ron McKnight, Tania Antenucci, Annette MacDonald, Maureen O'Shaughnessy, Cathy Papais, Pat van der Wolf and Chair Robert Antonel-- who was absolutely outstanding. Golf Committee, thank you for your work!
Please take note that next year we will do it again. The tentative date is Thursday, September 15, 2011.
Warmest regards to all,
Dylan Marando, President
